The VP of Technology Product and Analytics enables automation and insights for Gartner Consulting to support long-term, double-digit growth. The Gartner Consulting technology team owns product and support of BU-specific technology and analytics, specifically ERP, CRM, Analytics, and Sharepoint. This leader will work closely with business owners, Gartner central IT, and other business units to deploy major capabilities and manage the technology roadmap.The VP of Technology Product and Analytics:Serves as ultimate product owner of Gartner Consulting specific technologies, including CRM, ERP, Analytics, and SharepointPartners closely with Gartner’s central IT team, who provides shared services technology (Finance, HR, Legal, etc) and developers for the BU.Sets the vision and roadmap for technology, working with the global leader of Strategy and Operations.Collaborates with VP+ business owners to understand the needs of the business.Serves as the Product and Analytics leader working with the BU global leadership team.Works with Gartner IT to plan, deploy, and support strategic programs for the business.Leads the prioritization, requirement definition, development and deployment of all technologies.Manages and develops a team of product owners and systems analysts, from early career to tenured.Manages portfolio of projects, timelines and milestones and collaborate with core project team throughout all phases.Creates and delivers clear and effective presentations to business audiences across all levels of management within Gartner.Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to lead technology transformations, delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies.15+ years of experience managing projects / programs focused on driving sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.Knowledge and experience in CRM and ERP applications.Proficient in bridging the gap and communicating with clarity and purpose to technical sales resources in regards to strategic business requirements.Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with multiple Business Units, peers, management and coordinate across all Gartner lines of business.Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and lead within a team environment.Ideally, 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant.Ready to grow your career with Gartner? Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 158,000 USD - 220,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
