#CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:Clorox is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IAM Identity Governance Lead with a strong ability to lead, execute, and support services for the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program. The program manages the lifecycle of secure user identities, application access requests, approvals, and access reviews among others. This is a high visibility role requiring technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a resilient temperament.In this role, you will:Lead a high-functioning team of full-time employees, contractors, and managed service providers.Oversee and support BAU, application onboarding, user access reviews, deployments, and troubleshooting.As a subject matter expert, evaluate the current environment to identify opportunities for security, operational, and functional enhancements and develop continuous improvement plans.Contribute to the long-term strategy and architecture of the IGA program.Ensure adherence to industry and security best practices and compliance requirements.Support compliance requirements.Communicate with internal stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making within the team.Track key metrics and drive insights to measure results against goals.What we look for:5+ years in development with SailPoint IIQ and/or SailPoint Security Cloud, and at least 7 years in IAM.Proven track record of leading IAM teams and extensive experience in identity governance.Strong experience with user lifecycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control, separation of duties, and certifications.Experience in designing and delivering IGA solutions.Experience supporting SOX, PCI-DSS, and other compliance requirements.Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases.Ability to manage complex projects independently and stay updated with industry developments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Capable of stepping in to handle tasks directly when needed while promoting a culture of independence and accountability.Workplace type:
