#CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:As a Marketing Data Privacy Manager, you will have the opportunity to own and manage end-to-end Data Privacy operations, mitigate consumer and data risks for the Marketing function within The Clorox Company. This role also owns the creation and optimization of any process around OneTrust partnering with Marketing and IT.In this role, you will:Be the domain expert in consumer data privacy for all of Marketing; partner with internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure all marketing programs and data partnerships are driven, launched, and continuously managed in a manner that adheres to Clorox consumer privacy protocols and processes.Act as the Marketing Owner & SME of OneTrust DSAR Modules and Workflows (or any other related technology); continuously manage automated ticketing systems and dashboards from intake of requests to request resolution, and ensure audit compliance.Directly review compliance of our Known Consumer ecosystem (Clorox’s datalake and CDP), in partnership with external and internal partners.Delivery of any Known Consumer data to internal or external partners via our CDP/datalake; ensure data sharing is done in a way that is aligned with IT security/privacy and legal standards for both our CDP/datalake and across marketing activation platforms.Serve as Marketing Lead for all privacy compliance initiatives for existing and any new privacy requirements.Proactively surface opportunities and solutions to MTT & Legal/Privacy Leadership for privacy compliance improvements that remove low-value work and streamline efficiencies to improve quicker turnarounds in DSAR requests; including (but not limited to) reporting, automation of consumer requests using open-source APIs in the new KCD ecosystems.Ensure the appropriate contracts and terms are in place to effectively work with external vendors in a privacy-compliant way.Report on compliance statistics to internal stakeholders, escalating risks or opportunities as appropriate to leadership.Collaborate with Analytics, or relevant external vendors, to optimize reporting processes.Ensure compliance of other Marketing teams that self-manage their own data privacy processes – project manage day-to-day requests holistically, partner with other teams to integrate new privacy projects.Crafting user access in KCD Ecosystem (Data Lake, CDP).Govern access credentials are set/managed (PII vs non-PII).Quarterly user access audit and maintenance.Establish, maintain and report on data purge schedules for all internal and external data users/partners who have KCD PII.What we look for:Experience:3-5 years of combined experience in Data Privacy, Data Governance/compliance, Marketing, Marketing Technology, Digital Management or Project Management, ideally at CPG brand OR digital media buying agency/publisher/trade desk.Previous capability-building or process development experience and fluent on quickly pick up data flows, architecture, and databases.Previous experience with CPRA, CCPA or GDPR compliance.Data Privacy Management Platforms, like OneTrust.Workflow management tools like Jira.Datalakes or data warehouses/SQL or Python.CRM management systems.Skills:Able to influence a strategic vision and drive an organization towards that vision.Excellent time and project coordination skills with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.Ability to effectively prioritize work particularly when working with multiple stakeholders with competing interests/priorities.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Education:BSc or equivalent experience.Workplace type:Seeking candidates for a hybrid work opportunity, combining the best of both worlds with 3 days in the office.
