Graphics Project ManagerLiquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.This role is primarily focused on supporting packaging graphics production and delivery. Experience supporting packaging or print projects and production, or a solid understanding of the print production process, is recommended but not required.Responsibilities:

Autonomously establish schedules and manage milestones, including project kickoffs, internal creative reviews, and handoffs between internal and external partners.Anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources, and/or requirements on an ongoing basis.Utilize established agency tools for managing workflow, timetables, scopes, and budgets.Work closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure responsibilities are transferred seamlessly from Project Management to Production when appropriate.Build and nurture brand and internal project team relationships.Take personal responsibility to complete high-quality projects on time and on budget.Communicate quickly and effectively in individual conversations, meetings, and written communication.Create weekly status reports for all projects managed.Drive projects and tasks to completion.Uphold processes and procedures around scheduling, task management, and documentation.Other duties as assigned.Escalate blockers and at-risk deliverables to appropriate forums in a timely manner to provide transparency and secure help with mitigation where needed.Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
