Position Title:
Vice President, Product Management Reports To: Chief Product Officer Overview:
The VP, Product Management defines and executes overall product vision and strategy for One Incs distribution products while managing a talented team of growth-oriented professionals. This individual understands the market, our clients and our products and will identify new revenue generating opportunities along with maximizing revenue for existing solutions. This person sets the priorities for this suite of products and will collaborate with their colleagues to prioritize initiatives across the product portfolio. Responsibilities:
You define the strategic direction for Payments Distributions solutions.
You develop comprehensive KPI frameworks that tie user needs to business outcomes.
You provide strategic alignment between the product and engineering organizations.
You collaborate on long-term product roadmaps.
You ensure business goals align with technical capabilities.
You balance product priorities with engineering constraints.
You challenge your team to make data driven decisions, leveraging advanced analytics tools and techniques.
Meet with Customers to see how they use or intend to use the product.
Work with Technical Product Managers to solution product and utilize resources effectively.
Design enterprise level payment products for the insurance vertical.
You work cross functionally with Product Delivery, Support, Dev, Payment Ops, Product Marketing, and executives to define and deliver new features and enhancements.
You bridge the gap between go-to-market metrics (sales goals, etc.), operational metrics (profit margin, etc.), and product prioritization.
You make build/buy/partner recommendations based on market opportunities, position, and product strategy.
You set an overall strategy for the distribution products. Manage KPI's related to OGSM's. Prioritizes with the ELT.
You develop comprehensive KPI frameworks that tie user needs to business outcomes.

Education & Experience:
Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, payments, or insurance systems
College degree in IT, Business, Marketing or Product Management
10+ years experience in product management and product development, leading full product lifecycle
Experience scaling a product organization.
Experience in implementing standard product tools (roadmap, client feedback, testing tools)
Experience in various product methodologies; Agile, SAFe, Empowered teams.
