You'll collaborate with global cross-functional teams of Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Marketing, IT, and Suppliers to support corporate gross margin goals and supply chain strategic goals. Marvell's product portfolio includes standard and customer-specific products for leading-edge AI, Datacenter and Cloud, Carrier, Enterprise, and Automotive applications.
What You Can Expect.Team up cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations Engineering, Planning, Business Units, and Central Engineering teams to drive supply chain resiliency within gross margin targetSupport cross functional teams in active reporting and management of Cost including Materials, Capital Expenditures, Manufacturing Value Add (MVA), Hourly Rate, Yield, and othersContribute to cost modelling, establish and refine product cost targets from early development stagesUse cost models to drive supply chain and scalability strategiesHave technical understanding of the product and use it to engage with engineering teams from a cost standpointIdentify and manage all aspects of the financial health of key products from early ideation and design stages all the way through the end of life of the productEngage engineering teams to identify and drive cost reduction opportunitiesTrack program actual costs versus targets to identify deltas and come up with corrective actions to bring the costs back on track, Lead cross-functional cost reviews to report actual versus target costs and risks and opportunitiesOutline, report and track all risks & opportunities related to product cost and drive them to closureActively participate in cross functional reviews to understand cost implications of operational, engineering and/or process changesWork with Finance, Procurement, Sourcing and Engineering to align on supplier strategy to ensure low cost and stable supplyEnsure that best practices for cost management are shared across different teamsHelp create scalable and efficient processes with data, automation and AIWhat We're Looking For.BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations Engineering, Finance, or related fields with 10-15 years of related professional experience5+ years of experience in cost or price management roles in Foundry or Fabless companiesKnowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing and its Supply Chain with demonstrated effective communication skillsExperience working with teams with diverse cultural and geographic backgroundsProcess reengineering, Problem solving, analytical and communication skillsExpected Base Pay Range (USD)116,410 - 174,400, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
