St John Urgent Care clinics nestle themselves perfectly between the First Aid and Ambulance services of St John WA. We treat walk-in patients with urgent medical needs. We also have General Practice and Dental services at our 6 metro locations.The role for you:The Senior Recruitment Consultant is required to provide day to day coordination and guidance to the Recruitment Team along with end to end recruitment of General Practitioners and Dentist roles in consultation with the management team. The role will see you working full time, Monday to Friday based out of our Belmont office.What you will be doing:Develop recruitment plans in consultation with management and hiring manager, establish agreed timeframes and set objectivesParticipate in continuous improvement processes by implementing appropriate changes and communicating issuesOffer advice to management with regard to effective recruitment practises and organisation expectationsLiaise directly with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Meet the objectives of the hiring manager and ensure candidates are kept up to date and informed about their applicationInterviews - arrange, conduct and select candidates in consultation with management.Job advertisements - Prepare and advertise open vacancies on various job-boards to attract talentGauge the skills and experience of the candidate to determine a good alignment with the requirements of the role and the organisation's needs.You will have:Previous experience in leading, coaching or guiding a teamExperience in the provision of medical recruitment, selection and appointment servicesExperience using FastTrack 360 software is desirableDemonstrated ability to be organised and prioritise tasks effectivelyEngaging communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholdersExcellent time management accompanied with the ability to prioritiseProficient in MS Office SuiteWhat we can offer you:Salary packaging (More money in your pocket)17.5% Leave LoadingCorporate Uniform$550 Health and Wellness benefitFree parking on siteFree Ambulance coverFree First Aid TrainingSupportive TeamJob satisfaction - play your part in saving livesWhat you need to do now:We would love to hear from you so please click
