The Strategy and Operations Manager will work with the Head of Strategy & Operations to evaluate expansion opportunities and set medium and long-term organizational strategy. They will lead recommendations on key strategic initiatives from initial hypotheses generation, deep analytical analysis, and executive-ready output. They will manage all aspects of a large-scale and complex project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.What You'll Work OnStructure complex and ambiguous operational/business issues and develop compelling, insightful recommendations.Identify trends in the marketplace and monitor competitive landscape to determine impact to the organization’s roadmap and uncover opportunities for innovation and growth.Track progress toward organizational goals; establish scalable systems to monitor KPIs.Drive the annual and quarterly go-to-market planning processes that achieve the organization’s growth targets; build detailed business cases to facilitate decision-making.Craft key presentation materials (memos, decks), including quarterly business reviews and executive meetings. Use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate recommendations.Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays.Help drive planning and strategy initiatives for areas such as Marketing, GTM, and international expansion.Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects, and estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete it.Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the projects within and beyond the project team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sciences.8+ years of total business experience. Minimum 4 years experience in management consulting and/or demonstrated success in operations, growth, or strategy role for a high-growth business.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-ambiguity environment that values self-direction, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, rapid learning, and “wearing multiple hats.
