Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Marketing Operations Leader to help scale the Marketing organization for Lingo, Abbott’s rapidly growing consumer biowearables division. This person will play a pivotal role in upleveling how we work as a team, and scale to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business.What You'll Work OnAgency Relations: Oversee vendor/agency relations, including onboarding, contracting, and payments, collaborating with key stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Legal to establish processes and best practices.Resource Management: Oversee Marketing budget management, coordinating with the CMO and Leads to facilitate budget and resource allocation, adherence, and reconciliation to ensure we are meeting the needs of the business, delivering on time and on budget.Creative Review Process: Work to operationalize and streamline the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes, including building out a team to reduce workload on Marketers and collaborating with stakeholders on efficient solutions.Marketing Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational processes to streamline overall workflows, improve efficiency, increase collaboration, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Marketing organization.Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration and communication between Marketing and key functions across Product, Commerce, Legal, Medical Affairs, Procurement, and Finance.Program Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects, initiatives, and meetings to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic objectives.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Minimum 10 years progressively responsible marketing experience.Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in a timely manner. Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
