This role requires a high-performer who embraces change management principles and fosters collaboration across diverse teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead change management efforts for the OneIT program, ensuring alignment with NextEra Energy’s strategic goals.Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to maximize employee engagement and adoption.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration.Design and deploy effective communication strategies and training programs.Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Act as a champion for change, inspiring teams to embrace new ways of working.Stay current with industry trends and continuously refine change management methodologies.Required Qualifications:High School Grad or GEDBachelor's or Equivalent ExperienceExperience: 6+ yearsPreferred Qualifications
