Reporting to the Head of Emerging Apparel & Footwear (Pod Leader), the Director, Client Partner (Emerging) will be the point person on day-to-day relationship management, growth, and strategy on assigned accounts and will be accountable for the net retention of assigned accounts. In this role, the Director, Client Partner will act as a trusted partner to our clients, identify their marketing challenges, goals, develop and coordinate execution of solutions, build and strengthen account relationships, and find opportunities to grow assigned accounts. This person will maintain vertical and channel knowledge relevant to the accounts in their purview and be able to apply knowledge of new industry developments as they service clients. They will have a strong understanding of their clients’ KPIs, and take a data driven approach to identify and execute strategies that will be most effective in delivering results.As Director, Client Partner – Emerging you will:
