Position OverviewWe are seeking a

Chief of Staff , reporting to the Commerce + Ecosystems Corporate Vice President, who is responsible for ensuring the strategic execution of team priorities, business performance, and budget management, while acting as an advisor for the CVP and leadership team (LT). This role requires a resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and carry out the rhythm of business (ROB), while also driving business strategy initiatives.

Execute business plans to ensure continuous operations in both normal and adverse conditions.

Partner with organizational leadership to lead strategy execution, while overseeing alignment across groups.

Provide leadership support by ensuring business activities are aligned with their goals.

Lead multiple workstreams, leveraging key partnerships to drive leadership agenda, serving in the absence of the leader as needed.

Drive team culture by getting a pulse on organizational health and leading cultural initiatives.

Drive training completion rates, identify team strengths and development areas, and ensure a healthy compliance scorecard.

Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements and manage complex business needs.

Lead project management to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.

OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 10+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.

OR Master’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 7+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.

Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
