Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, we are a remote-first company on a mission to improve the quality of life. Having raised over $120M from top-tier investors, we are rapidly scaling with a driven and relentless commitment to helping our customers succeed. Since 2021, we have been part of JMI Equity, a growth equity firm focused on leading software companies.
About this role:
We are hiring a proven Director of Brand & Content to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand and content strategies to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention growth. The ideal candidate is highly performance-oriented, understands the power of storytelling, is comfortable working across multiple segments and geographies, and has a proven track record of building programs that support growth at all phases of the buyer and customer journey.
Your contributions and responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and content strategy to strengthen our market presence, effectively position us in the marketplace, and support new logo, expansion and retention growth.
Own the reporting and analytics for all content programs. Constantly analyze performance, as well as market trends, to derive intelligence and refine your strategies and improve results.
Prioritize and oversee the creation of all multimedia content types, including thought leadership (written, video, podcast, etc), social media, sales and marketing collateral, executive presentations, and more.
Collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Customer Marketing, International and Product Marketing teams to deliver content that resonates with and drives growth with different audiences and at different stages of their buyer and customer journeys.
Develop and execute a community strategy that maximizes the impact of our evangelism, thought leadership, social media, and customer advocates.
Develop and execute a public relations strategy that effectively reaches target audiences and positions our brand and its unique value proposition.
Own and optimize SEO.
Maintain and enhance the brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of impact and performance, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Your ideal qualifications:
10+ years of B2B SaaS experience managing brand and content programs, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving significant commercial growth through your programs.
You are very performance-oriented and have strong data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness across channels and content types.
You are market-focused and know how to create programs that reach, resonate with, and convert multiple segments.
You have a “no lead left behind” mentality – auditing down-funnel performance and pushing to ensure that qualified leads delivered through your programs are not lost.
You are a full customer journey marketer – concerned not only about lead gen, but how your programs can impact conversion rates, pipeline acceleration, customer advocacy and expansion, and more.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Player-coach, ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work.
Experience leading brand and content programs for a global company, with an understanding of regional marketing needs.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups (c-suite, finance, sales, CS and more).
ABX experience (and success) required.
Salesforce and HubSpot experience required.
MedTech experience preferred but not required.
Benefits you’ll enjoy:
Supportive teammates and co-workers who care deeply about our mission.
Flexible Paid Time Off policy and working hours.
Home Office stipend for new hires.
Health insurance options include a 100% company-paid plan (vision, medical, dental).
401k (with company match).
Equity Program Eligibility (based on role and/or tenure).
Three months of paid maternity leave.
Disability insurance.
From the beginning, our goal has been to build a company with ‘soul’ and create a special place to work for people who want a sense of purpose in what they do across North America and Europe. We look for people who are resilient, push forward, never give up, and want to win purposefully.
