Job Description:Capgemini is looking for a Technical Project Manager/Engagement Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain staffing plan, communication plan, project status reports, risk/issue/action log.
Manage engagement risks, issues, and action plans.
Update eMonitoring status on a weekly basis.
Owner of 6+ contracts: Build EFFORT, WO; track progress through Account Ops team/legal team. Get contracts signed by client.
Deliver engagement per contract and under budget.
Update detailed forecast in eMonitoring.
Manage engagement budget/CM/DVI.
Explain reasons for DVI variance month over month.
Submit accruals and actuals for invoicing.
Conduct monthly budget/forecast/actuals review with client.
Establish and manage relationships with client business and IT team members.
Conduct CSAT on a periodic basis.
Present client happiness index and risks on weekly account call (M-review).
Define objectives for engagement roles.
Conduct timely assignment appraisals.
Empower and build team spirit.
Lead senior resources and be an expert at conflict resolution.
Supervise sprint planning and scope.
Support Scrum Masters and offshore delivery lead as needed.
Make decisions on balancing capacity with scope, defects, and tech improvements.
Identify risks for delivery and provide direction on mitigation plan.
Present Capgemini delivery status in critical client meetings.
Support Capgemini AE and DE in sales activities as needed.
Responsible for organic growth of the engagement.
Find opportunities to improve budget or increase revenue.
Required Skills:
Experience and knowledge on AWS and Cloud.
Knowledge on Telecom Domain and ability to work with clients to define functionality.
Experience in managing a large program with teams in multiple geographies.
Proficient in engagement management responsibilities.
Sales and client management experience.
