In this role, you will become an expert on our software, working directly with internal stakeholders throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, and implement business process based solutions.To be successful in this role, you need:To leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration on the Appian platformTo utilize a varied skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian softwareTo analyze a client’s business strategy, their business processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business strategyTo design prototypes, model business processes, and analyze requirementsTo implement quality assurance plans, load testing and roll-out plansTo triage and troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support to various business applicationsTo have excellent communication skills and a solid foundation of, or passion for, technologyBasic Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent backgroundExperience with relational databases (MySQL or similar) including designing data models and entity relationship diagrams from business use casesAbout AppianAppian is a software company that automates business processes.
