transforming the life sciences industry , committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.The RoleAs the eLearning Developer, you will be responsible for crafting visually engaging, learner-centric product training courses that enable customers, partners, and employees to effectively use, administer, and configure Veeva products. Must be passionate about developing engaging online content that boosts end user performance and confidence using Veeva products.Strong technology (SaaS) and content development skills are a must. You must be an expert in developing eLearning courses utilizing Articulate Storyline and enjoy creating interesting and engaging designs for learners. You should welcome the opportunity to constantly learn new skills at a quick pace to keep up with product enhancements and changes in the team’s design and development processes.Life sciences industry experience and knowledge of clinical trial process preferred (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device companies, CRO’s, and academic & public health organizations).This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. Our work processes are designed so that you can be productive in the environment that works best for you. We have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.What You'll DoWork under the direction of the Curriculum Manager, assigned SMEs and instructional developers to shape eLearning modules and microlearning videos for role-based users.Given course objectives, product use cases, and technical resources (product documentation, presentations, and videos), create immersive, learner-centric courses that achieve the stated objectives using Articulate Storyline.Work both independently and cross-functionally with subject matter experts to shape effective instructional content using realistic business examples and appropriate hands-on activities.Reverse engineer internal content (presentations, webinars, documentation) into instructional content.Update and improve existing training materials and production methodologies to bring them into alignment with standards.Perform full quality checks and testing of eLearning courses in LMS environment.Collaborate with instructional designers, vendors, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and expected outcomes for the development and update of learning experiences.Apply knowledge of adult learning principles and theories to the development of course activities and interactions.Work with cross functional team members to ensure team success and delivering value.Occasional travel for team meetings and conferences.Requirements5+ years experience developing multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation using Articulate Storyline (required), Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, and Vyond.Superb attention to detail by creating high-quality content and following content development processes.Superb technical troubleshooting skills because you’ll be working with pre-release software to create system simulations.Excellent analytical and writing skills with a demonstrated aptitude for creating instructional content for both a technical audience and a business user audience.Strong ability to troubleshoot eLearning course support issues and independently find resolutions.Detail-oriented, project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountable.Utilize adult learning methodologies and applying them to the development of eLearning experiences.Nice to HaveExperience using SnagIt and
