Senior HRIS/Workday Systems Analyst

who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing business needs with technical solutions. Come join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and advancing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

What You'll Do:

Maintain our

Workday

HCM system, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with HR business goals.

Innovate and implement new capabilities to meet evolving HR needs.

Collaborate closely with HR and key stakeholders to design workflows and processes that drive efficiency and enhance user experience.

Serve as a key technical resource, translating HR requirements into system functionality that delivers real results.

Manage system configurations, security, and integrations to ensure data integrity and process optimization.

Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to empower HR decision-making and strategy.

Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver ongoing training to HR staff, making sure everyone gets the most out of the system.

Lead system upgrades, regression testing, and feature rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum enhancement.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT or equivalent.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HRIS administration, design, configuration, analytics, and reporting.

Expertise in

Workday

modules including Talent, Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Core HCM, and more.

Project management experience from business requirement gathering to system implementation.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex system challenges.

Exceptional communication skills—you're able to bridge the gap between technical details and practical HR applications to enable strategy and HR processes.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience creating detailed reports.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience supporting HR systems in a manufacturing environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, working effectively in team settings.

Knowledge of Workday HR partner vendors and systems.

Position Challenges:

Balancing the requirements/capabilities of the HR System with other overlapping systems from different functional areas such as Payroll/Shared Services, IT, and Benefits.

Supporting decentralized HR teams with utilizing system capabilities.
