Full-Time/RegularBoston University is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst III to join the IS&T Applications team, focusing on supporting Research Administration Systems. This role will involve leading the team in managing production support, handling complex service requests, troubleshooting defects, implementing prioritized enhancements, and overseeing projects from requirements through to go-live and ongoing production support. The Functional Analyst III will play an integral role in supporting the testing of assigned functions, including regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role will also include developing training materials for business processes related to Research Administration Systems. The Functional Analyst III will ensure that any project and operational changes to applications are handled in a coordinated and process-driven manner. This role involves working closely with PMO Business Analysts (BAs) and Project Managers (PMs), as well as clients, to ensure application changes meet the functional requirements of the users.Benefits
