We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/buprenorphine. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician-led and patient-focused as we’ve grown to 100+ clinics across nine states.
Day in the Life
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Function as a leader and mentor to center staff.
Schedule & Locations
Interested medical providers should expect to work 1 morning a week (5-hour shift, for example, 6am-11am). Flexible on what day of the week.
This position will be in-office at our LaGrange office.
Education and Licensure Requirements
Licensed as a Physician in the state of this center.
DEA licensure in the state you will be practicing in with Crossroads.
Emergency or Internal Medicine experience with an interest in substance use disorders and able to do 12 hours of training in narcotic-addiction treatment upon being offered the position.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience preferred.
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
Position Benefits
W-2 part-time employment with competitive pay (range starting at $190/hr and depends on experience).
