Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients' medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician led and patient focused as we've grown to 100+ clinics across nine states. We are looking for an exceptional mission-oriented, multi-site healthcare operations leader to join our team as Regional Director. This region includes 29 office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) centers in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Tennessee. The Regional Director leads all aspects of operations, including team leadership, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and growth, including P&L ownership.
Schedule and Locations
The region includes 29 centers in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and eastern Tennessee. The role is based in Philadelphia. Travel expectations include frequent visits to centers in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Overnight travel is 6-10 trips per year to visit centers around Knoxville, TN, and to our support center in Greenville, SC.
Education and Licensure RequirementsBachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred5+ years in a leadership roleMulti-site healthcare operations experienceExperience with or interest in behavioral health, particularly substance use disorder (SUD)Position Benefits
