The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and New York City Health + Hospitals|Queens is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians. We are seeking energetic, highly motivated, and talented candidates to join our Queens ED team.New York City Health + Hospitals|Queens is a 318-bed acute care facility and part of the largest municipal healthcare system in the country. It is a modern medical center with Centers of Excellence in Women’s Health, Cancer Care, Diabetes Care, and Behavioral Health and serves the most culturally diverse population in the world with a wide spectrum of medical conditions. New York City Health + Hospitals|Queens averages 16,000 admissions per year, 100,000 Emergency Department visits and over 300,000 outpatient visits. We are currently in the process of expanding and constructing a state-of-the-art Emergency Department.Minimum Requirements:Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and licensed in the State of New York. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Clinical Education, EM Critical Care, Emergency Ultrasound, and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Faculty appointment will be commensurate with years of experience and accomplishment. Compensation is competitive and proportionate with qualifications and excellent fringe benefits.
