The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with New York City H+H Elmhurst is seeking a Physician (BC/BE) in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine to join its full-time faculty and participate in both inpatient and outpatient care areas.Responsibilities include:Rotations in MICUProgressive Care UnitPulmonary and critical care consultsProcedures and PFT interpretationFamiliarity with pigtail catheters, indwelling pleural catheters, EBUS, pleural biopsies, percutaneous tracheostomies and intubations is preferred but not requiredServing Elmhurst's uniquely diverse patient population via outpatient pulmonary clinicsThe hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey and Long Island.Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and be board certified/board eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Candidates should hold a valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number.
