The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, affiliated with New York City/Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, serving the culturally diverse community of Western Queens, is seeking a full-time board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for the position of Director of the Child and Adolescent Division at Elmhurst. The Division includes a Child and Adolescent Inpatient Unit, Partial Hospitalization Program, Pediatric Consultation Program, Outpatient Clinic, School Based Mental Health Program, Home Based Crisis Intervention Program, and an ACGME accredited Fellowship Training Program in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.Requirements:Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degreeCompletion of ACGME accredited residency training program in psychiatryCompletion of fellowship training program in Child and Adolescent psychiatryABPN certification in psychiatry and Child and Adolescent psychiatryMinimum of 3 to 5 years post-fellowship experiencePrevious clinical and administrative leadership experienceDemonstrated record of scholarly activities and interest in education and trainingWe offer faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Health System.
