The CIO will oversee all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure, data security, and digital transformation to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business innovation.
Performance Expectations
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company's business objectives and enhances its competitive advantage.
Technology Leadership:
Lead the IT department in the design, development, and management of technology systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Cybersecurity:
Oversee the protection of sensitive data and ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to mitigate risks.
Digital Transformation:
Drive the company’s digital innovation, including automation, cloud solutions, and AI integration, to enhance client and employee experience.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, ensuring the company gets the best solutions and value.
Data Analytics:
Implement data-driven decision-making processes and utilize analytics to inform business strategies and improve customer insights.
Compliance:
Ensure that all IT operations comply with industry regulations and internal policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
Budgeting:
Oversee the IT department budget, managing resources efficiently and aligning spending with business priorities.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Engage with Mountain West leadership, representing the company at BroadStreet and other industry venues. Maintain executive presence and seamless communication with other C-level executives.
M&A Integration : Experience in integrating acquisitions is a strong advantage, understanding the complexities of M&A processes and the keys to successful integration.
Compensation & Benefits
$145,000 - $185,000 annually
