Join us and we can make a difference together.About this roleThis role will be accountable for making product decisions and recommendations for the assigned Line of Business, seeing product changes from ideation to implementation. In this newly created position, you will collaborate with members of senior leadership and Business Unit Product Managers as well as with multi-functional teams on a regular basis. This function will support portfolio and R&D investment decisions as well as drive product management excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and manage innovative ideas to drive product development.Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.Work cross-functionally with internal departments to create a comprehensive product roadmap.Develop both short and long-term project roadmaps for global products and solutions.Develop and enhance products and services that meet customer needs, drive growth, and create value.Support building dashboards and reports for important market and portfolio KPIs tracking.Drive requirement management process and execution of global platforms.Lead implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products.Provide support for financial planning and forecasting.Support building up critical processes, tools, and governance to support product management excellence.Work closely with Business Unit Product Managers, Engineering, Finance, Digital, and Innovation teams.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree.10+ years of technical product management experience.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree, preferred.Previous experience with HVAC product management or in a central product management function is preferred.Experience driving sustainable roadmaps is a plus.Ability to influence and build consensus without direct authority.A collaborative mindset and a willingness to continuously seek best-in-class solutions.Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Windows-based programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication.Carrier is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
