Lead customer level strategy for Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB), collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Spearhead joint business planning strategy across business units, driving long-term sustainable growth with strategic retail partners.Oversee pricing and promotion strategies, in collaboration with Net Revenue Management, while continuously monitoring and benchmarking the marketplace.Accelerate omnichannel growth by advancing Retail Media strategies, enhancing Shopper Marketing execution, and optimizing digital shelf management.Provide key insights and strategic input for rolling forecasts, annual business plans (KPIs), monthly business reviews, and long-term planning initiatives.Lead planning for HCB monthly, quarterly, and annual business meetings.Design and implement tools to monitor, benchmark, and achieve key retail KPIs.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the West Region by staying up-to-date on industry developments and sharing relevant learnings and opportunities.YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of prior experience in consumer package goods.Direct customer sales experience with a preference for experience with Target.Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives.Strong analytical & financial acumen. Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands.The salary for this role is $130,000.00 - $165,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.Henkel does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
