General Manager/Executive Chef
for one of our Corporate Accounts in Greensboro NC!
The food landscape will consist of a full-service Corporate Cafe with a built-in Micro-Market and Catering Operations.
The
General Manager/Executive Chef
will be the number 1 onsite in addition to the Chef for the business. This position represents a 50/50 split between the GM and Culinary responsibilities. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing the budget/finances for the business
Managing the client relationship
Menu planning
Ordering
Inventory
Leading and developing a team of 6 hourly employees
Catering production
Ensuring quality and presentation of food
Success in this role and in the relationship will require you to:
Be innovative every day
Have an eye for high-end restaurant quality food
Have a strong focus on customer service
The ideal candidate should have:
A strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest standards and implement company policies.
Strong management skills.

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule.
Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
