Global Health Section Chief
.Position Highlights:The Global Health Section Chief will provide the overall vision, leadership, coordination, and execution of the clinical, educational, and research missions for the Global Health Section.Provide oversight for the Global Health Fellowship.Participation in all Departmental activities including department meetings, teaching conferences, and faculty retreats.Conduct themselves with professionalism while engaging in leadership activities and when interacting with other leaders throughout the institution.Engage with executive leadership in problem solving and adhere to the highest standards set for faculty expectations.Foster a safe and inclusive culture that celebrates and embraces the uniqueness of all individuals in our Department and Institution.This position includes a full academic appointment and allows for participation in clinical care, scholarship, and teaching of EM fellows, residents, and medical students.University of Utah Health faculty enjoy an academically rich community where faculty are encouraged to innovate and develop their careers as educators and leaders.We offer excellent benefits, ongoing mentoring, and support for professional development goals.Ideal candidates should have:
