We aim to accelerate the shift toward alternative payment models, while enhancing efficiency and supporting better patient outcomes.Position Summary:Total Rewards Leader, will lead the strategy and execution of the organization's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure that the company's total rewards programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent while being cost-effective and aligned with the company's culture and goals. Reports to: Chief People OfficerKey Responsibilities:Total Rewards Strategy:
Develop and lead the total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.Ensure total rewards are aligned with the company's business strategy, values, and goals, focusing on driving employee engagement, retention, and performance.Benchmark and analyze market data to ensure the company's rewards programs remain competitive and cost-effective.Compensation:
Implement competitive and equitable compensation program, including salary structures, levels and bonus plans.Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including salary increases and bonuses.Provide consultation to senior management and HR business partners on compensation strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.Manage executive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and governance requirements.Provide decision support to the Chief People Officer and CEO on Compensation Committee proposals.Evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and make recommendations for enhancements or changes as necessary.Benefits:
Design and manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, and other employee benefit offerings.Stay informed of trends and legislative requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the benefits landscape.Evaluate and implement innovative benefits that align with the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.Mergers and Acquisitions:
Lead efforts to integrate and merge compensation programs across acquired entities.Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and develop the total rewards team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate closely with HR leadership, finance, legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of total rewards initiatives.Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools related to rewards, benefits, and compensation.Analytics & Reporting:
Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and to monitor the effectiveness of total rewards programs.Provide regular reporting on key metrics to the executive team and recommend adjustments to optimize the rewards strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience in developing and executing total rewards strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. Preferred experience in M&A and integrating compensation programs.Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including executive compensation, equity programs, and incentive plans.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working with C-level executives and the Board of Directors.Skills:Expertise in compensation design, market benchmarking, benefits management, and recognition programs.Familiarity with global and regional regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.Advanced proficiency in Excel, compensation tools, and HRIS systems.Strong project management skills, including managing complex global projects.Location:
The position can be based in Dallas, TX or Lagrange, KY, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work as required.Compensation:
