We are currently seeking a Program Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow and thrive.About the Role:As a Program Analyst supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to provide strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and quality assurance. Successful candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities include
(but are not limited to):Strong Writing Skills: Demonstrate exceptional writing abilities and work collaboratively with diverse audiences to meet project timelines.Document Review: Prepare and review application letters, memoranda, and other correspondence for technical accuracy and completeness.Communication Facilitation: Establish and maintain positive communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of all documentation and correspondence, ensuring compliance with established standards.Reporting and Evaluation Tracking: Develop and maintain reports to track evaluations and ensure timely completion of all processes.Effective Note-Taking: Capture key discussion points and action items during meetings to ensure clarity and accountability in follow-up.Public Outreach: Inform potential applicants and stakeholders about program benefits through fact sheets, briefings, and in-person presentations.Technical Proficiency: Leverage MS Office and relevant software tools to efficiently execute tasks and enhance workflow processes.Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.Confidentiality Maintenance: Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive.Location:This team is based in Washington, D.C., and the role operates in a hybrid work environment, with an expectation for candidates to work on-site multiple days on a weekly basis. Specific days in the office will be determined in coordination with the team.Required Experience/Skills:BA/BS + 5 Years of relevant experience or Master’s + 3 years of relevant experience.Must have at minimum, a current interim Secret, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.US citizenship.Preferred Experience/Skills:Occasional availability for travel.Prior DHS contractor fitness (suitability) authorization determination.Prior DHS experience.Don’t think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
