Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee daily operations across all real estate functions including sales, property management, and investing.Manage budgetary planning and cost management to optimize financial performance.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the attainment of operational goals.Collaborate with the executive team to align business operations with the company’s vision, mission, and values.Drive process improvement initiatives that lead to increased productivity and customer satisfaction.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the organization.Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate sector.Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive organizational success.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating effectively at all levels.Compensation
