We are looking for a National Procurement Manager to spearhead the new warehouse projects in the nation. You will lead the national Indirect Procurement organization and spend categories (excluding Company Cars and Business Travel). This will include operational FM, alignment with all key stakeholders, organizational development, and strategic governance & policies in alignment with Global Procurement and organizational goals.Your Responsibilities
Develop the regional procurement strategies for indirect category spend including investment, resource, and skill requirements.Create and manage goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategy.Develop, establish, and coordinate RFPs (Requests for Proposals) on our major categories of indirect spending.Lead negotiations and manage risks to support business continuity & growth.Invite core suppliers to provide solutions and cost proposals for our business requirements.Evaluate proposals, make supplier recommendations, select suppliers, and handle contracts for key stakeholders.Develop and maintain overall tracking of the procurement spend for each category.Collect spending diagnostics of the indirect spend categories including the Procure to Pay Process (P2P).Meet with potential suppliers and get the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO).Create and implement Facility Management Program standards based on qualitative and KN and or customer requirements.Responsible for Investment Application process compliance and approvals.Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.10+ years of procurement experience.10+ years of experience at a managerial level regional or global.Facility Management, Logistics Operations, and Finance experience.30% or more domestic and international travel will be required.Good Reasons to Join
