Principal Program Manager, Core Selling Partner Experience - Vendor Experience

The Core Selling Partner Experience team drives end-to-end improvement in vendor (1P) tooling. We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Principal Program Manager to lead our vendor experience measurement program. This leader will be responsible for designing and implementing programmatic and analytical infrastructure for measuring and reporting on the quality of the vendor experience, and driving cross-functional mechanisms that enable business, product, and tech leaders to deliver experiences that consistently meet defined standards. This leader will have dedicated business intelligence support and work as a single-threaded leader to improve Amazon's WW vendor experience. The role's peers and day-to-day collaborators include senior leaders across the Retail, SPS, SCOT, and FinOps organizations, and this role's deliverables will have visibility at the SVP and CEO levels.The successful candidate will be exceptional at working backwards from selling partners to understand their customer journey, skilled at communicating with cross-functional, global business leaders, and possess strong analytical capabilities. The candidate will dive deep into core pain points experienced by vendors and work with builder teams to innovate new solutions to alleviate those pain points in a measurable, impactful way.Key Job Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to set strategy, define priorities, and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between deep dive and speed-to-action.Drive roadmap, prioritization, and metric ownership, definitions, segmentation, and instrumentation decisions.Engage with vendor experience owners to identify top inspection and improvement opportunities and drive prioritization of key initiatives.Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.Create communication mechanisms for collaboration across Director, VP, and SVP organizations.Effective communication with senior stakeholders (up through SVP level), both in writing and verbally.About the Team

7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.7+ years of program or project management experience.7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.Bachelor's degree.Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
