Oversees the day-to-day operations of the FOCUS Center, ensuring that projects and activities are progressing as planned, and executes enterprise policies established by Task Managers.Manages maintenance and operations schedule for all FOCUS Center-aligned sites, including scheduling and dispatching rover resources for maintenance at unstaffed sites.Supervises Site Managers and Site Leads at all aligned staffed sites.Responsible for enforcing data quality policies, processes, and procedures in completing all Work Orders.Works with other FOCUS Center Managers, under the direction of the Field Operations Director to support surge needs across the FOCUS Centers. Manages equipment and technology, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.Collaborates with other FOCUS Center Managers and leads on projects, shares knowledge and resources, and works together towards common objectives.Fosters an environment of innovation within the FOCUS Center.Conducts and oversees research projects, staying updated on the latest developments in the field, and implementing new technologies or methodologies to improve operations.Ensures that all activities and operations within the FOCUS Center comply with relevant laws, regulations, and military standards, including maintaining operational security, data protection, and ethical standards.Reports on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the FOCUS Center to higher command levels.Prepares detailed reports, presents findings, and makes recommendations for future actions.Addresses challenges and obstacles that arise during the operations of the FOCUS Center.
