5+ years experiencePixalate is an online trust and safety platform that protects businesses, consumers and children from deceptive, fraudulent and non-compliant mobile, CTV apps and websites.Our software and data have been used to unearth multiple high profile criminal and illegal surveillance cases including:Gizmodo: An iCloud Feature Is Enabling a $65 Million Scam, New Research SaysAdweek: A 7-Figure Ad Fraud Scheme Running on Roku Underlines Murkiness of CTVWashington Post: Your kids’ apps are spying on themPro Publica: Porn, Piracy, Fraud: What Lurks Inside Google’s Black Box Ad EmpireABC7 News: The State of Children's Privacy OnlineNBC News: How many apps are tracking your childrenOur team of lawyers, data scientists, engineers, economists and researchers span globally with presence in California, New York, Washington DC, London and Singapore.ABOUT THE ROLEPixalate is growing our Compliance team and looking for a Product Director for Global Online Privacy & Compliance to engage with the legal counsel, engineering, policy makers and stakeholders to build cutting edge Compliance privacy products.You will be the subject matter expert of relevant data online privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc).RESPONSIBILITIESBe the “GM” of the Pixalate Compliance ProductCreate, Maintain the Product RoadmapOwn the GTM and end to end Launch of the productHelp in Product positioning and collateral developmentDrive the vision, position, strategy, perception and direction of Compliance ProductUnderstand the data governance and public policy implications of data privacy in online advertisingIn-house expert on global data privacy protection lawsWork with the global team to develop briefing papers, blog posts, presentations, consultation responses and conduct webinars, brown bags and client presentations.QUALIFICATIONSBachelors in Math, Computer Science, Physics or similar quantitative area of focus (Masters/PhD a plus)Have a killer passion for data privacy and protecting consumers from data surveillanceUnderstand and have experience in privacy and compliance related field5 plus years experience in Product Management / Product Strategy for a SaaS Company, specifically in compliance related productsExperience writing product specs and documentation – internal and externalExcellent communication skills - written and verbalBENEFITSMedical, dental, and vision insurance
