Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services' National Security Portfolio (NSP) is seeking a highly motivated Security Delivery Lead to support the integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) system to provide maritime domain awareness in Northern Africa. The system will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating security information to enhance the security and force protection of maritime boundaries, natural resources, and strategic ports.
The Work:
Identify, select, and implement applicable security controls for various operating systems and applications, applicable security standards and frameworks.
Develop and maintain bodies of evidence (BOE) for managed information systems, services, and networks.
Develop and disseminate system security policy, process, and governing products, in service of maintaining a low operational risk picture.
Conduct internal vulnerability assessments and facilitate external audits.
Coordinate security-related tasks and activities across other functional areas (e.g., Program Management, Engineering, Software Development, etc.).
Produce documentation in response to, and satisfaction of information security requirements. Examples are: SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms, SCTMs, test reports, briefings, and training products.
Assist in a secure change management process and related CCBs.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and relationships with colleagues and clients.
Manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Lead a team of professional staff, assess performance, collaborate and oversee goal setting, and provide feedback on personal development.
Here's what you need:
DoDI 8570 IAM Level III/IAT Level III Certification.
BS and 5-10 years of prior experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years of experience with:
NIST SP 800-37, CNSSI 1253, FIPS 199, and NIST SP 800-53.
Risk Management - doing Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) tracking and the accreditation processes.
Creating metrics.
Administering Windows, Linux, VMWare, and Cisco network devices, in an enterprise or tactical environment.
1+ years of experience with Nessus/ACAS.
1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Understanding of classified networks, systems, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Bonus points if you have:
Expert in creating presentations and presenting policies, guidance, and procedures regularly.
Security Clearance:
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
