Responsibilities:
Lead corporate quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that all program deliverables meet or exceed contract quality standards.
Maintain and manage corporate quality certifications, including scheduling and supporting annual audits, supporting program-specific quality initiatives, and working with Program Managers to facilitate Quality Assurance Surveillance Reporting and Award Fee Self-Evaluations.
Oversee the company's timesheet compliance efforts, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Manage the corporate risk registry, collaborating with stakeholders to identify, mitigate, and adjust strategies for potential risks.
Responsible for facilitating Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Management Reviews (QMRs), ensuring compliance with corporate quality standards and government regulations, and driving continuous improvement across all quality-related processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a quality management role; MBA preferred.
Experience working in government contracting or a regulated industry.
A thorough understanding of quality assurance principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance is required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with an ability to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Strong track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional quality outcomes.
Experience in managing corporate certification processes such as CMMI and ISO.
Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
