Seeking a dynamic and experienced US Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the USA. As the US Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the client’s VLSI design services business by identifying new business opportunities, providing the right solutions, building strong relationships with key clients, and providing strategic leadership to the business units. With extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record, you will contribute to expanding the company’s market presence, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening the company’s position in the semiconductor engineering services and solutions space.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in the semiconductor and electronics industry. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the client base and market share for the company’s VLSI design services.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within the semiconductor and VLSI design domain. Translate market insights into actionable strategies to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and plans. Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.
Negotiations and Proposals:
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients. Develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and highlight the company’s value proposition.
Networking and Industry Events:
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our capabilities, establish thought leadership, and expand the company's professional network.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
