to lead our U7-U12 teams. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about youth development, knows how to connect with kids, and can create an engaging and safe learning environment. Responsibilities: Lead practices, skill clinics, and games for athletes under 12. Design age-appropriate training sessions focused on fundamentals. Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team culture. Communicate effectively with parents and club staff. Ensure player safety and emotional well-being. Qualifications: Experience coaching or working with kids (especially ages 7-12), or collegiate-level playing. Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals.
