The ProServe Business Operations team supporting AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking an experienced, self-directed Business Operations Manager with strong operational, organizational, financial acumen, collaboration, and communication skills to support the strategic and analytical needs of the growing team. This is a high business impact role for a candidate who is passionate about driving operational excellence to maximize goal attainment across the business.

Key job responsibilities:Stakeholder management; act as a business partner to Professional Services leadership team providing insights to help shape the strategy of the business. Be comfortable with leading difficult conversations as needed, having backbone to respectfully challenge leaders to ensure they are doing what is best for the business and its people.Lead business reviews, including pipeline and engagement hygiene inspection and deep dive analysis into gaps to goal; support strategies and initiatives to build and measure overall business health.Business planning; establish business rhythm and cadence, leading meetings through deliverables, outcomes and actions. Own agenda development and track follow-up actions and influence leaders to complete forward looking business plans.Analytics; establish baseline metrics and analytics, collaborate with leadership team to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals. Establish and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents that will drive business outcomes and strive for operational excellence.About the team:Diverse Experiences
