Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Technical
The International Seller Growth (ISG) team is looking for a stellar Senior Product Manager - Technical to join the team and build world-class Generative AI products for account managers and sellers from across the globe. Sellers are a vital part of Amazon's ecosystem, helping us fulfill our mission of offering the earth's largest selection and lowest prices. Our products make it easy for sellers to find the right Amazon experiences to help them grow on Amazon's global stores.
In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for new Generative AI capabilities from inception to launch. You will be responsible for engagement and adoption of this capability.
A successful candidate will bring enthusiasm for technology services, strong business acumen and judgment, proven experience of launching products and building business around them, ability to define visionary, groundbreaking products, desire to have an industry-wide impact and ability to work within a fast-moving environment in a large company to rapidly deliver services that have a broad business impact. You will manage and be responsible for understanding customer needs and delivering some of our most strategic technical projects, and have a significant impact on our business.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead Product Definition:
Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals and working backwards documents (press release, FAQ) including customer feedback and business metrics to inform direction.Define Product Vision:
Including all aspects to future roadmap, investment, innovation and experimentation.Execution of Product Planning and Development:
Including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning.Lead interaction with Technical Team:
Including helping the technical team make tradeoffs based on customer requirements, QA/testing of the product.Business Reporting:
Own writing business reports on a weekly and monthly basis and review with leadership. Track engagement and adoption.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsExperience building products leveraging generative AI capabilities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
