This is a temporary position.Reporting to the Director, DNAT Digital Operations, the Sr. Manager, Adobe Engineer, will fulfill Marriott's digital objectives by leveraging Adobe's Experience Cloud products: Target, Tags (formerly Adobe Launch) and Analytics, to implement code on M.com. Objectives include implementing and maintaining Adobe Target test campaigns (Primary) in support of the Digital Experiments Group, tracking user behavior on the web and app through link tracking and page-load data capture (Secondary), installing third-party marketing tags, creating new data pipes for transferring data to partners using Adobe's Event-Handling service and troubleshooting issues regarding analytics tracking and Adobe Target test campaigns. An ongoing migration from a page-level data layer-based web page to new page technologies ACDL and Web SDK will be supported.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business or IT, or equivalent education and related trainingMinimum of five years of development or IT support experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentWorking knowledge of above-code technology (ie: Adobe Target primarily and Adobe Tags (formerly Launch)), ideally across multiple products in Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target etc.)Advanced knowledge in JavaScript platforms, AJAX, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, and SQLExperience testing cross-browser compatibility and implementing UI/visual designs within ADA and security principlesFamiliarity with DOM/Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Multimedia ContentProven experience dynamically interacting with the Browser DOM via JavaScriptExperience with page-level data layer and proxy tools such as Chrome developer toolsMust be able to troubleshoot scripting issues on digital platforms using browser's console and other toolsCORE WORK ACTIVITIES
