We are looking for a

Salesforce Solution Architect

to join our

Salesforce Delivery

team in

North America .

This is an exciting position where you’ll be driving customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points, then rapidly designing and implementing best-in-class solutions across multiple industry verticals with a focus on

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud . Ultimately, as an Architect you will serve as the primary design owner and trusted SME for all related deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Support demand generation activities including providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and sales cycle support.

Lead strategic road mapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds to unify business processes firm wide.

Oversee end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Define and manage programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness and user adoption through training and change management.

Establish integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridge’s technology portfolio.

Perform hands-on configuration of security, data models, processes, rules, and approval flows to meet business requirements.

Define metrics and reports to measure process quality and user adoption to resolve issues.

Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationships.

Mentor and develop consulting teams on Sales and Service Cloud.

Qualifications:

6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture.

Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform.

Possess a current Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud).

Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment.

Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability.

Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation).

Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.

Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
