As a Senior Product Manager, Ring Software, you will lead the vision, product strategy, and development of innovative new ring interactions and capabilities that seamlessly integrate into the ecosystem. If you love to craft groundbreaking ideas into tangible features that delight, we’d love to talk to you.What you'll do:Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, discovery and development of new ring interactions and platform capabilities.Lead cross-functional teams, including hardware engineering, software engineering, design, and product marketing, through the entire product lifecycle, managing product requirements and the voice of the customer from concept to launch.Partner closely with the Commercial team to identify and collaborate with key strategic partners to bring new platform capabilities to market.Negotiate and influence product trade-offs impacting schedule and usability to improve user experience and consumer differentiation.Inform and influence the hardware roadmap to enable new and innovative capabilities.Develop a compelling product narrative and vision that drives clarity and alignment across the team and leadership.This is a remote role. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.Minimum Qualifications:7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment with a preference for experience at the intersection of hardware and software.Deep experience in mobile/contactless payments, access and identity a plus.A strong track record in developing novel human interactions, inputs, and/or platform capabilities.Technical fluency and the instinctive ability to be the voice of the consumer.Successful track record of working closely with design and engineering teams during the full product lifecycle, including research, discovery, development, and launch.Passion for leveraging technology to enhance user experience and improve quality of life.Ability to think strategically, execute efficiently, and learn quickly from experimentation.Have established technical partnerships and can direct and drive outcomes through these partnerships.What we offer:Competitive salary and equity packages.Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources.An Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family.20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off.Paid sick leave and parental leave.Amazing culture of collaborative and passionate coworkers.Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
