has the perfect role for you. We’re looking for an

AI Research Scientist

(aka The Innovation Alchemist) to conduct research, design algorithms, and develop AI systems that drive the future of intelligent technology. As an AI Research Scientist at

our client , you’ll collaborate with a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists to design and develop new AI models, conduct experiments, and contribute to publications that shape the future of AI. Your work will focus on researching novel algorithms, improving the accuracy of existing models, and solving real-world problems through AI advancements. Key Responsibilities: Research and Development:

Conduct cutting-edge research in AI, machine learning, and deep learning to develop novel algorithms and methodologies. You’ll explore areas like natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, and more, contributing to both theoretical and practical advancements. Model Design and Prototyping:

Design, prototype, and implement AI models and algorithms based on your research findings. You’ll experiment with state-of-the-art techniques in AI and develop proof-of-concept systems that demonstrate the feasibility and impact of your innovations. Collaboration with Engineering Teams:

Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate your research into real-world applications. You’ll ensure that research findings can be applied to solve practical challenges and drive business innovation. Publications and Thought Leadership:

Publish your research findings in top-tier AI and machine learning journals or present at major conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR). You’ll contribute to the academic and research communities by sharing insights and advancing the state of AI knowledge. Experimentation and Evaluation:

Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of AI models, comparing different approaches, optimizing hyperparameters, and improving model efficiency. You’ll validate results using rigorous scientific methodologies and ensure reproducibility of experiments. Innovation and Intellectual Property:

Develop new intellectual property based on your research, including patents and proprietary technologies. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to

our client ’s competitive advantage in the AI landscape. Mentorship and Collaboration:

Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new AI-driven opportunities. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing across the organization. Required Skills: AI and Machine Learning Expertise:

Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. You’re experienced with algorithms such as supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks, and generative models. Programming and Research Tools:

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or C++, and experience with AI research libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn. You’re skilled at designing experiments and implementing research prototypes. Mathematical and Statistical Foundations:

Strong background in mathematics, statistics, probability, and optimization techniques. You’re comfortable with topics such as linear algebra, calculus, and statistical inference, which underpin AI algorithms. Scientific Rigor:

Expertise in conducting rigorous experiments, including hypothesis testing, data analysis, and interpretation of results. You have a solid understanding of research methodologies and can clearly articulate your findings. Collaboration and Communication:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re skilled at writing academic papers and collaborating across departments to translate research into practice. Educational Requirements: PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Candidates with a Master’s degree and substantial research experience may also be considered. A strong publication record in top-tier AI, machine learning, or computer science journals and conferences is highly desirable. Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in AI research or applied machine learning,

with a proven track record of developing innovative AI solutions. Experience working in research labs, universities, or industry R&D departments where you’ve contributed to AI advancements through research and experimentation. Hands-on experience developing AI models and implementing research findings in real-world applications.
