We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) AnalystWe are looking for a BI Analyst with a strong focus on SQL querying and some data science skills to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our data-driven decision-making process by building and maintaining complex queries, creating insightful visualizations, and collaborating closely with the data science team. You will be tasked with transforming raw data into meaningful insights, ensuring that the business can access, understand, and utilize information effectively.
What You Bring to the TeamYou should have a strong proficiency in SQL, capable of building complex queries to extract and manipulate data from large datasets. Your role will involve working with diverse data sources to support business intelligence initiatives. Your analytical mindset and understanding of business contexts will enable you to bridge the gap between raw data and strategic insights.
Day to DayIn this role, you will write and optimize SQL queries, manage data transformations, and generate reports to support business objectives. On a daily basis, you’ll be translating business requirements into technical solutions, helping drive actionable insights. You’ll also collaborate with the Product Management and data science team to support deeper analyses, such as clustering or regression, and potentially assist in setting up A/B testing frameworks for product and marketing teams.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
Basic data science skills, including statistical analysis and familiarity with common machine learning concepts.
Experience in working with large datasets and using data transformation techniques to prepare data for reporting and analysis.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines to support automated report generation.
Experience creating complex BI reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to connect data insights to business strategies.

The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity.
