The pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between $125,510.00 – $181,745.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $103,950.00 - $150,525.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Build, mentor, and grow a dedicated team by providing strategic direction, ensuring our technology systems are scalable, extensible, performant, and efficient in supporting our product and business operations.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s business strategy, core capabilities, and solution ecosystem to guide the creation of strategic roadmaps and ensure successful project execution.

Partner with business leaders to understand challenges, needs, and opportunities across the product portfolio and business landscape to prioritize team workload and roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and increasing impact.

Design and maintain a technology systems roadmap that aligns with TriForza’s long-term vision, fosters continuous innovation, and supports the evolution of our cloud systems and product portfolio.

Develop compelling business cases to justify and support innovative investments aligned with the technology systems roadmap.

Manage the operating budget consisting of software licensing agreements and cloud operating and infrastructure costs and develop quarterly and annual fiscal forecasts.

Analyze financial data to identify strategic opportunities for cost efficiencies and enhance value across technology systems.

Lead the implementation of technology solutions including oversight of solution design, project plan and schedule, and adherence to investment criteria for benefits realization.

Drive continuous improvement across team’s and technology operations.

Develop the engineering discipline within the product and tenant support teams to ensure principles, methods, and logic produce system solutions that are secure, performant, efficient, and reliable.

Leading organizational change initiatives related to cloud services adoption and digital transformation.

Ensure TriForza products perform to the operational service level expectations of customers and contractual obligations.

Ensure team’s adherence to TriForza’s Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC), practices, methods, and policies.

Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking, information systems, computer engineering, or 10+ years’ equivalent experience

Proficient in Cloud Architecture, Engineering, Services, and Patterns

8+ years’ experience building and leading diverse technical teams.

Experience and understanding of large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments (including migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud)

Experience leading innovative digital enterprise transformation and implementing cloud and emerging technologies to enable productivity and growth.

Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (ex: BCDR, Security, Compute, Storage, Networking, containers and Infrastructure-as-code technologies)

Proven domain expertise in public cloud platforms, hybrid on-premises, cloud infrastructure and cloud transformation

Experience using integrated development environments (ex. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code) targeting AWS and other public cloud platforms

Experience with scalable architectures using API management, serverless technologies, container orchestration, microservice frameworks, etc.

Knowledge of software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains (ex: Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure DevOps, GitHub).

Experience partnering with all levels of seniority by building strong positive relationships and leading through influence.

Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
