The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $71,100.00- $99,450.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $60,435.00 - $84,533.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Conduct competitive analysis and product performance reviews to help refine products and positioning. This includes analyzing policy sales, claims, customer demographics, and demand patterns. Present findings to support decision-making. Act as the liaison between sales teams, product development, marketing, and finance, ensuring alignment across functions and translating business needs into actionable insights for each department. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects. Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new processes or systems. Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, discuss findings, and communicate updates. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience as an analyst, with knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering and process mapping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) is a plus. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
