In this role, you will help to shape the technical, product, and execution vision for AWS's compliance landscape. You are the bridge between our software development team and the audit stakeholders. You will lead, scale, and inspire technical projects towards controls, evidence, and workflow automation.Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage technical projects to perform deep-dives into AWS security controls and create remediation plans in support of a comprehensive security assessment and risk remediation program. This candidate will identify, track and mitigate security and certification gaps through technical leadership, collaboration, and management of change with partners across AWS.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of technical product or program management experience5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience3+ years of software development experience5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experienceExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experienceExperience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedulesExperience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadershipAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
