Solution (Legal Sector) ArchitectRemote based in ESTIntapp is looking for a dynamic and motivated Solution (Legal Sector) Architect to join Intapp’s Strategic Account Programs team, focusing on the implementation of our latest products for our largest clients. This individual should excel at designing and delivering solutions that empower clients to maximize their investment and will need to be capable of effective collaboration with senior business and technology leaders at law firms.Serving as a field specialist in Intapp solutions, the Solution (Legal Sector) Architect collaborates closely with the Professional Services and Product Management teams. The Solution (Legal Sector) Architect plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of Intapp implementations by aligning the solution with client business needs. This involves defining the overall client solution strategy, as well as designing and configuring Intapp solutions to meet specific requirements and integrate seamlessly with other systems. Additionally, the Solution (Legal Sector) Architect must demonstrate quick and innovative thinking during implementation projects, actively assisting our internal teams in resolving any technical issues that may arise throughout the implementation process. The Solution (Legal Sector) Architect should be a visible technical expert, providing guidance and education to clients and driving improvements in Intapp’s delivery approach.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Formulate a comprehensive client solution strategy that encompasses the delivery of Intapp products, including seamless integrations with the client's other systems.Direct the project implementation team in delivering Intapp solutions, which may include, but are not limited to, Intapp Risk (New Business Intake, Conflicts, Terms of Business), Time, Walls, Integration Services, CRM, and Relationships.Collaborate closely with resources from the project implementation team, especially the Principal Consultant, to convert customer requirements into a comprehensive solution design. (The solution design encompasses Data, Technical, and Functional requirements.)Conduct analysis of client requirements and offer recommendations for implementation.Collaborate closely with client architecture leads to guarantee smooth integration with the company's current or anticipated architectural framework.Facilitate workshops to examine business processes and lead the definition of modified or new business processes within the framework of the proposed solution.Provide education to clients and potential clients on industry best practices, covering aspects such as the architecture and configuration of Intapp application(s), data strategy, process flows, and project phasing, among others.Provide guidance or facilitate workshops on data management and data mapping in relation to the proposed solution.Collaborate with the Services Sales team to articulate the advantages of our implementation approach and craft Statements of Work (SOWs) for specific, more tailored implementations, incorporating the development and/or validation of project estimates.Furnish feedback on project implementations to the Intapp product management team(s).Qualifications

Technical degree: BS or MS7+ years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role (project manager, technical lead, architect)Product development/software engineering experience desirable5+ years of experience in the legal sector. This includes experience with industry-standard legal solutions, e.g. CRM, experience management, new business intake/conflicts, ethical walls and time entry.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsEducation and/or experience with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)Education and/or experience with on-premises to cloud migrationsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical usersDemonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design and/or change managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct customer interaction at all levels, from executive stakeholders to end-usersExcellent organizational and administrative skills; candidates must be detail-orientedResults oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customersProactive individual with a proven capacity for handling multiple tasks and the capability to quickly grasp and understand information.Collaborative team member with the skill to synchronize tasks among diverse team members.Excellent hands-on skills with common office automation products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)Remote with some travel required (~25%)What you will gain at Intapp:Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
